I’d really like to do an anti-parasite cleanse as I’ve recently come off my levothyroxine (I have an auto-immune disease called Hashmotos thyroiditis) and am beginning a natural ‘get my thyroid back to health’ program soon. I’ve read that 9 times out of ten auto-immune diseases are due to parasites..just to query Alisha’s post about senna tea..I understand that we shouldn’t use senna for more than 7 days at a time so is it safe to drink the cleansing tea daily for as long as 3 months? Thank you for your question! Nighttime Cleansing Tea contains senna. It is designed for periodic cleansing. Long-term continuous use of senna products is not recommended. After the initial cleanse, we recommend using Nighttime Cleansing Tea for no longer than 7 days at a time. Do not use it with diuretics and heart medications. Nighttime Cleansing Tea should not be used by pregnant or nursing women or children under 18 years of age.

I am in my second month of doing your amazing colon cleanse (absolutely loving the increased vitality, reduced joint pain, improved mental clarity, etc, etc, I could keep going on!) and have just read this post about only consuming the for 7 days at a time. Can you please clarify this? How many days break do you recommend before commencing another 7 days? In my literature that came with the kits it only recommends taking a 5 day break from it and the ahti parasite support before resuming for the remainder of the 30 days. I’m confused!!

Hello Some time ago I ordered 30 day cleanse and forgot about it till recently was wondering if the anti-parasite cleanse would get rid of pin worms, had a case of it and had some medicine from the doctor and it didn’t work and remembered I had this in my food closet, and decided to do the whole cleanse as I had it anyway, I’ve noticed a difference since I started it and wondering will the 30 day cleanse get rid of them or will I have to do another, I’ve not noticed any other parasites so far, but have really liked the cleanse I do feel much better. Also what kind of foods should I be eating I try not to eat processed foods but have been doing fruit and veg juices and smoothies, then all of a sudden is when I noticed the pin worms. Most commonly these worms enter the body as a result of poor sanitation methods, such as through poorly cooked meat or contaminated water. Because of this, people who have been infected by parasitic worms are often tired and fatigued as the body is not properly able to absorb nutrients. You may have felt this way in the recent past. Hi ! I am on the 30 day Ultimate digestive health colon cleanse, this is my 10 day, the first 4 days I was regular but sins then I haven’t been! I am doing what I need to do I drink between 3 and 4 litres of water a day I have portion control and I work out 1 hour a day 6 days a week resting only Sundays !!! I drink luke warm water usually, after taking the antiparasit pill in the morning I do wait 20 minutes till drinking the fiber I take that with 10 ounces of 100% juice that has no sugar added. plus I am on a sugar and flour free diet this month, so far I have lost 3 pounds 🙂 which is awesome nothing to complain their!!! I would just really like to be regular not just for weight loss but to become healthy I still need to lose a lot of weight, in order to be healthy, so is their something I could or should do different?????

Exercises such as walking, good posture and spinal twists seem simple but can spell the difference between a regular movement in the morning or constipation.

hello i am suffering from bad breath and tonsil stones occasionally come up from my throat. Its not a hygiene thing. i often brush at least 3 to 4 times a day. Hi, I’m on my 12th day of the 30-day colon cleanse. I’ve noticed that I am not necessarily regular. Some days I will have a movement or 2 in the morning, but other days I can’t go at all and feel constipated. I’ve been following all instructions and even steep my tea for up to 20 minutes to achieve a stronger result. Is this just because my body is still getting used to the cleanse?
Also, I’ve noticed that I’ve been peeing much more often then usual and more often than not, the urine has a strong oder. I know that I upped my water intake drastically for the cleanse, but it seems like I’m running to the bathroom constantly. I’ve had to pee on this cleanse more than make bowel movements! Is this part of the cleansing process too or just because of the extra water I’m drinking?

It is highly likely that your digestive tract is finding it hard to move your waste through your body which is why you can move 2x in day, today, but not the next. It is also important to remember that a diet low in oils and fats can slow down bowel movement due to the lack of lubrication. While this is generally a good effect, it in turn causes the stool to harden and compact.
As for the strong odor and frequency of your urine, the tea has a mild diuretic effect and the increased water intake all play a role in increasing your urine output. As long as you urinate regularly without any discomfort (pain or swelling around the area), it is fine. However, the moment it becomes difficult or painful to urinate, please see your doctor immediately as it could be a early warning sign of an unseen medical condition.

However, Ultimate Digestive Health is only a 30 day program and use of our Cleansing tea (contains Senna) is no more than 7 days at a time. This will not make you dependent on the regiment but the gentle cleanse is effective enough to rid your body of parasites.
One good way to avoid getting constipated would be to eat plenty of leafy vegetables as well as drink plenty of water. Water will help moisten your stool while the fibers from the vegetables will help add bulk to your stool. Also, exercise and movement will help stimulate peristalsis in your bowel making going to the bathroom a little bit easier and more regular.

We suggest that you fortify your diet with plenty of vegetables be properly hydrated (take in between 2 to 3 liters of water) in order to avoid getting “backed up”. It tends to be too aggressive and heavy, to the point that some folks with Gastro-intestinal issues tend to have an adverse reaction. I get terrible back pain as gas forms or the feeling prior to a bowel movement. I have had lumbar fusion L4-S1, and also sacroiliac fusion to try to address these pains. I just purchased the 30 day cleanse, with the hopes of providing relief. I first saw your product in a discussion about the cleanse helping reducing bloating etc… to help lessen the pressure on the the spine and spine muscles. I am hoping this helps.
I take the following medications:
Avapro, Hydrochlorothiazide, Diltiazen, Folic Acid, Pantrazole, Flonase, Lyrica, and Norco. I take Ducolax to help constipation.
Will the cleanse fiber, tea etc… cause me any complications with these medications.

As I mentioned in my earlier post, I do take pain medication that does cause constipation. I take Dulcolax to help manage this. I just received my 30 cleanse kit today, and I plan on starting the process tomorrow. I see on other post here that one should not use the cleanse with diuretics. I do take Hydrochlorothizide, which is in the diuretic family. Does that mean I should not use the cleanse at all?

What approach do you recommend for younger school age children with constipation? The parents are aware of fluid intake and fruit/fiber needs, but x-ray still confirms lots of fecal matter.
