You Have to Eat to Lose Weight!
So you've been told again and again…eat less and do more exercise to lose weight,. right? WRONG! Besides exercise, another key thing to losing weight is keeping your blood sugar stable. And, that requires you to EAT MORE, not less.
Blood sugar levels are directly affected by meal frequency and eating the right fat loss foods. Eating small, balanced meals/snacks every 2-3 hours is one way to help stabilize blood sugar. Small frequent feedings force your body to adopt or get used to having food, which will keep blood sugar fairly stable. This makes it less likely for your meals to be stored as body fat.
WHAT you eat (the right fat loss foods) also plays a big part in stabilizing blood sugar. Learn more from Certified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, Coach Carla, in her 7 Day Weight Loss Program offered FREE with the purchase of Ultimate Trim. She will show you how to diet to lose weight, what fat loss foods to buy and several delicious weight loss recipes.
I weigheded 132 pounds at age 39 fighting to get rid of the baby fat and poor diet choices I collected on my belly. After 6 days on the program, I dropped 6 pounds, my energy level is boosted tremendously (from lazy and tired to more energy than I know what to do with) and I am my happy self again. With a one year guarantee – you can’t go wrong!!! I’m recommending this to all of my friends and family who are trying to lose weight and feel better.
I have been trying to order the Ultimate Trim. Everytime I try to make the order I get everything but what I’m trying to order. Do you still sell the Ultimate Trim Diet Pills.

I just ordered and received the Ultimate diestive Health. The Holidays are approaching and we will be invited to festive events the next couple of months. I wnt to start the cleanse ASAP but still not sure on what I can or can’t eat. I eat mostly veggies and chicken and little dairy. Is there a specific diet to eat while doing the cleanse?
Hi Lee,
Thank you for writing in and for sharing your concerns with us! You may want to maintain a healthy and balanced diet while on the cleanse. A low fat but high fiber diet will help you cleanse your body faster. Processed or junk foods can slow down your metabolism considerably as does frozen meals or those cooked in plenty of fat.
Eating lots of organic, raw vegetables and fruit that are high in fiber are important for overall colon health, but especially important during a cleanse. They also contain vitamins, minerals and enzymes which are necessary for a healthy body. Lean meats such as fish or chicken, raw nuts and seeds, and beans or lentils are the best choices for protein requirements. Lastly, drink lots of purified water throughout the day, and not coffee or sodas. You need at least 64oz. of water daily not only to keep hydrated but also to avoid getting constipated.
The holidays can lead us to stray from our well balanced and carefully planned diet. However, do not despair and enjoy the holidays while also taking everything in moderation. You can always get back to your healthy diet as soon as the holidays and parties are over.
We wish you success on your cleanse and journey to better health! Have a healthy day!
I have a question: I have started the Ultimate Digestive Health System. I understand why that drinking a lot of water is necessary.
But for me it’s a big problem. I already had trouble with incontinence or holding my bladder. I go a lot, with just a small amount of liquid. But with drinking the 64 ozs. of water; I GO every 5 to 10 minutes, and many times I do not make it to the toilet. Very
inconvenient. I am a stroke victim; that affected the right side of my body. I use a power chair and walker to move about. I move very slow. My memory and speech is still fine. I need to get my weight down; and in turn also get my blood pressure down to normal. It fluctuates up and down. My todays weight is 221 lbs. Two weeks ago, it was 213. I am 5′ 5″; med bone.
I was hoping that your product was the answer to some of my health problems.. As I am still passing so much urine, can I DRINK less water on the program? My bowels, so far are loose. I am not on any prescription medications.. I TAKE only natural things. I use Kyolic Garlic caps, Marine D-3, Whole food supplements by Standard Process, and every few days a capsule of Nattokinase (blood thinner); by Dr. David Williams. Occassionly, I take Magnesium W/SRT by jigsaw, for a headache. I take no pain pills.
Before I STARTED YOUR PROGRAM; I was taking 2 caps of Garcinia Cambogia to lose weight. I am telling you all this; in case I am taking anything that should not be mixed with your program ……? My diet is mostly protein, (from eggs, chicken, fish, nut butters, and some red meat), fruits and vegetables, nuts, occassionly, gluten free bread and pasta, hardly ever any cow’s milk products. I use unsweetened Almond milk. Olive oil, and coconut oil. Real butter, Oatmeal, and hardly ever any sweets. But around the holidays; like now, I have had some. Sometimes, herbal tea, and decaf coffee.
Because of stroke; I am not able to exercise or move as much as I would like. But I DO WHAT I can do.
Thank you for your time. And the best of the Holidays ever. God bless.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Bertha Brizendine
Hi Bertha,
Thank you for writing in and for sharing your concerns with us! We understand that drinking 64 ounces of pure water every day for you will be a tough challenge. We do, however, encourage you to try your best to stay adequately hydrated through out the day. Taking small sips is a good start and you can slowly rebuild your tolerance as time goes by. As you already loose bowel movements regularly, the digestive fibers will help add texture to it but you might want to slowly work our way up to a full scoop. For first time users, we usually recommend you start with half a scoop on the Digestive Health Fibers to give your body time to adjust and to avoid constipation. Also, some food supplements do have a mild diuretic effect and you might do well to check with your personal physician on your next check up in order to see how your body is affected in general.
We look forward to hearing from you again, Bertha! Make it a healthy day!
Myself, my daughter and my wife have all ordered the 30 day cleanse and are wondering what things we should avoid totally.. we eat very healthy but are not sure about coffee, dairy products and wheat products.
